Who we are. What we do!

Established 1973, Mike Whittaker setup the business alone. With the help of family and trades people he soon expanded to become a reputable business recognised throughout Knutsford , Northwich and the surrounding Cheshire area.

In 2010 Mike retired and the business was handed down to the son and nephew (Mark /Steve) who also played a part in the growth of the business over the last 27 years.

Now a team of nine staff including joiners, labourers, brick layers and office staff , the business prides itself on providing a personal , reliable and professional service.

We can complete extensions internal and external. We can do renovations, joinery, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, new builds, loft conversions , cellar conversions, kitchens and bathrooms. Also new builds.

Case Study: Extension

Renovation and Ground Floor Extension

This project was to exend and convert the kitchen and dining room to open plan. Provide new windows on the landing to create more lighting along with new ensuite and family bathroom. The extension to the rear of the house allowed the kitchen to become open plan with bifold doors across the back of the house.

Case Study: New build

2 new build, semi-detached and one detached.

Our customer approached us to demolish an old building and rebuild 2 new semi-detached and 1 x new detached houses in Knutsford. This project took 2 years to complete. It began with the demolition of the old property, which unfortunately had been abandoned and could no longer be repaired. Working closely with the customer we built the new houses and completed the interior to a high specification including an open plan Kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom furniture, stairs, bifold doors, completed with rendering to the exterior.
